Margarett Best - MPP & Role Model for Young Immigrant Women
The Honourable Margarettt Best is an important woman in Ontario. As an MPP for the riding of Scarborough-Guildwood, she currently serves as Minister of Health Promotion, but before that she distinguished herself as a lawyer and community volunteer. The Jamaican-born Minister has been recognized multiple times, garnering such distinctions as the African Canadian Achievement Award
