Interview with M G Vassanji

M. G. Vassanji is a Canadian novelist and editor - an important name in our literary scene. Born in Kenya and raised in Tanzania, he arrived here in 1978 and went on to win the inaugural Giller Prize. He was also the first person to receive it twice. Vassanji has also been honoured with a Commonwealth Writer's Prize, as well as the Order of Canada.
