Based on a very unique concept, the “Bring Me A Date” event is for single women to bring a male date, not for them but for other single women at the mixer event.  Every woman knows a really good man that they would recommend and introduce to their girl friends.  Yet surprisingly a good number of women complain about how they can never find a really great guy.  As CEO of Thierry Lifestyle, Terry Kwaramba puts it, “I remember when my female friends would remark that they thought I was such a great guy and that they wished they could introduce me to some of their single girl friends.  So it occurred to me one day that we should try to bring together those single women and these ‘great guys’ that they can’t seem to find but that other women know.  That is how the “Bring Me A Date” idea was born and I am proud to introduce it to the single women of Toronto”.

This is not a speed dating event or a club event with loud music. Featuring a live jazz performance by Jessica Kaya this is a single’s mixer with an extra dose of style and sophistication at an exclusive lounge in stylish Yorkville, leaving all the fun intact!

So how does it all work?  Very simple, a single woman comes to the event with a great guy in tow as her “date”.  Her “date” is a mature, professional and stylish gentleman who she is comfortable introducing to her best friends as a potential match.  At the event the women mix and mingle with the other men that have come to the event and each woman will have a chance to meet a really great guy.

The “Bring Me A Date” event will be held on February 21, 2010 from 6pm to 9pm.  The event will be at the exclusive Mood Lounge in Yorkville.  This event will be hosted by the ever gracious and entertaining Belinda of Kamshuka Photography (www.kamshuka.com).

Tickets for the event are $100 per couple and include gourmet hors d'oeuvres, complimentary cocktails and other giveaways.  As a special offer, ticket purchases made before February 14, 2010 will be entered into a draw for a chance to win a shopping and makeover experience valued at over $1,000.  One lucky winner of this prize will be announced at the “Bring Me A Date” event on February 21, 2010.
