2ronto.com is the global leader in embracing multiculturalism.  As some might know we launched http://www.2ronto.com in April 2009 after we realized that there was a real need for a website that represented Toronto’s diversity and multiculturalism.  Now due to us owning and operating it independently we obviously had a lot to learn on how to effectively present the purpose and idea through the website so we made a lot of mistakes on the first version which we launched in April. 
However we started getting feedback, advice and resources from experts and we are pleased to announce that we are re-launching the website on November 15th 2009 with a all-new look but most importantly with a totally new lineup of original content and section concepts!  2ronto.com is going to be the biggest diversity networking website and platform in Toronto (6.3 million pop. GTA, 49% visible minorities and 60% immigrants).  A few of the new content sections include:
• 2ronto Radio®, Leadership Equality, Immigrate Easier®, Cultural icons, InToronto®, DiversityBiz®, Rant and Rave page, The Lobby List, Diversity Dime of the Month, Bulletin Board (Forum)  etc
2ronto.com will also be partnered with these brands and organizations across a spectrum of cultural and corporate fields:

As highlighted on the website www.diversecitytoronto.ca Toronto has long welcomed people from all over the world with a promise of opportunity.  Now is the time to reach out and tap into the potential this offers.  Ours is the most ethnically and diverse region in Canada yet there is a striking lack of diversity at the top of our public, private and nonprofit organizations.  On 2ronto.com we encourage people to use our website as a platform to showcase the achievements and efforts of those representing the international community in Toronto.  2ronto seeks to form partnerships with everyday people and businesses that seek to positively represent the international community in Toronto, Canada.

How you too can be a part of the 2ronto network

2ronto is available to those that want to highlight events, programs, and news or general ideas in their community in Toronto.  For example if you are a Lithuanian in Toronto and you want to share your efforts to organize a fundraising event for a good cause in your community - then 2ronto is for you.  Or if you are an aspiring student writer and you take a special interest in targeting the international community in Toronto – then 2ronto is for you.  If you are a part of the international community in Toronto and you need a platform to showcase your talents in film, photography, fashion, music, art or anything else -  then 2ronto is for you.
